Bond lodgements must be lodged digitally using this form or by using property management software with our business-to-business functionality in place to connect to our bond services.

This form is used for:

Lodging a new bond
Topping up an existing bond

You will receive a confirmation email when your bond payment has been received. Once the bond has been processed the landlord and tenant(s) will receive a confirmation that the bond has been successfully lodged. Bond lodgements can take up to 10 working days to process.

Using this form we accept MasterCard, Visa credit, or debit card. Payments can also be made by Account2Account (Note: payments using Account2Account can only be made from a personal bank account).

You will need to use property management software with our business-to-business functionality in place for bulk lodgements, to pay by direct debit or direct credit, or to pay from a trust account.

Note: It is optional to provide information about compliance with healthy homes standards, smoke alarm standards and fire evacuation procedures on this form. We collect this information to help inform the level of market compliance with landlord obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.
